Shipping and Orders
Where does Penny and Company ship?
Penny and Co. ships everywhere in the United States. Unfortunately at this moment we do not ship internationally but we hope to in the near future.
Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid mailing address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours of purchase.
Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. We will not be liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the shipping provider if you have any concerns regarding your order. Double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. If your address is inaccurate, the package will be sent out and returned back to Penny and Co. We will not be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Shipping fees vary depending on weight of package. Price will be determined at checkout.
Cancelations and Changes
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
