Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer refund on items unless the item(s) are damaged or missing parts due to company error. If you are unhappy with any item(s) please refer to Exchanges.
If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then contact us at ShopPennyandCo@gmail.com to discuss the reason you wish to return your product. Shipping costs will be at your expense unless otherwise stated.
If for any reason you and your pup are unhappy with your purchase any unused items can be exchanged within 14 days of arrival. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will be at your expense.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or shipped back.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Please message us at ShopPennyandCo@gmail.com for any return or exchange inquiries. We will gladly work with you. Once we receive your package back at our warehouse we will issue you your refund or ship out the exchanged item(s).
